Classroom Tour 2012 - 2013

She does exist! I have been totally non-existent lately. I'm actually excited for school to start next week and things to calm down! Is that said I think things will calm down when school starts? It will though ;) Anyway I'm here to share my classroom. It's mostly done... there are of course some things that need to be finished and improved, but for the most part finished! They are totally not in order which makes me sad, but it's a huge pain to move them around, so bear with me! :)

  13. I so wanted to use black butcher paper on my bulletin boards to go with all my bright decorations, but I let my friend who was helping me put the paper up talk me out of it. She thought it would be too dark. I'm kicking myself right now because it DOES look awesome. I absolutely love your room!

  16. Wow ! That's very inspiring. Your room is so beautiful. I wish I had one like yours !
I'd like to ask you a question : what's the name of the font you use on your banner (the colored one) ? I find it very funny and i'd like to use it because I can't use your docs. I have to translate them in french for my students (otherwise they would'nt understand anything).
Thank you for your great job.

  26. Your room is beautiful, and your comment about painting your cabinets reminded me of something we are going to try in our classroom this year: CONTACT PAPER! We have red, orange, green and yellow cabinets and we are planning to cover them with easy to remove contact paper. Not sure, but it might work for you as well!!
